How to judge the quality of diamond saw blade with naked eyes？
1. To observe the cutter head, it is mainly to observe the exposed Emery and its concentration and distribution. The content of good diamond saw blade emery is not too little, but it should not be too much, even dispersion is the best. 2. The weld seam directly affects chip removal and heat dissipation, and even causes the cutter head to fall off. So this is very important to observe whether the weld is complete and tidy. If the weld is not continuous and the edge of the cutter head is not vertically aligned with the base water tank, the above situations mentioned by the diamond saw blade will appear.
2. Hold the saw blade in the hand, and observe whether the diamond bit is aligned with the matrix on the horizontal plane. If the bit is not flush and crisscross, it is likely to cause the plate edge collapse or even the bit falling off during the use. 4. Take 350mm granite saw blade as an example to compare the thickness of cutter head and substrate. Generally, the cutter head is about 1mm thicker than the substrate. The 350mm marble saw blade head is about 0.2mm-0.5mm thicker than the base. The reason for this design is to prevent damage to the substrate and to improve the service life of the saw blade. There is a contradiction between the sharpness and wear resistance of the saw blade. It is suggested that when the service life of the saw blade reaches the expected goal and the sharpness is moderate, it is not required to increase the service life. Because the external environment, such as the operation of cutting machine, workers, stone hardness and so on, will change at any time. Once the external environment changes, the original wear-resistant saw blade will not be able to be used.
